Richard Aerlic, Founder & Director of Constructing Talent has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked in senior management roles across Tier 1, 2 and 3 organisations as well as previously owning and operating a successful construction company. Richard has built a wealth of experience in what works well and what doesn’t. The common trait seen across all businesses is:  it’s only as good as its people.

Having been heavily focused on strategic leadership, continual improvement to workplace culture and his staff’s professional development throughout his career, Richard has coached and mentored hundreds of people over that time and has witnessed first-hand how anyone can improve in the workplace and in their career if the right inspiration, motivation and direction is provided through regular one-on-one consultation.

These individuals are now enjoying successful careers, with clear direction and many leaders in their own right.
